One fine day I began to think, people say you learn every minute of every day but how does that actually happen? How do students learn? What do they learn? Do they learn exactly the way you want them to learn or can they learn things of their choice? Which teaching-learning situation helps students to learn? How should they be assessed? What are the key principles of assessments?
All these and many more questions arose in my mind and I packed my back to find the answers.

To begin with; I drew my career map to see my learning progress before I could find answers to my questions

Following it, I drew a situation where I could learn best. My drawing was of a garden where I can sit quietly, observe nature and learn from it. In my situation, the learners role is learning from observation while teacher is the facilitator, guiding students learning.
